Sweet & Sour Chicken

Sweet, spicy, and tangy| 30 mins

Sweet, spicy, and tangy in all the best ways—this Sweet & Sour Chicken is hands down one of my go-to comfort meals! There’s just something about crispy golden chicken tossed in a glossy, garlicky, chili-spiked sauce that hits all the right notes. The sweetness balances out the heat, the tang gives it that extra kick, and those toasted sesame seeds on top? Total game-changer.

I love making this on a cozy night in because it feels like takeout but better—fresh, homemade, and loaded with flavor. It’s perfect with steamed rice, fried rice, or even noodles if you’re feeling extra fancy. If you’re craving something bold, satisfying, and super easy to whip up, this recipe is a winner every single time!
