Banana & Coconut Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup of coconut
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of jaggery (sub for brown sugar)
- 1 tsp of cardamom powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor to create batter.
- Pour 1/2 cup of batter into a buttered pan over medium heat. Cook on both sides (about 2 mins).
- Serve with coconut shavings, maple syrup and fruit!
