Spiced Soy Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
- 6 Chicken thighs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp chilli powder
Directions
- In a pan, lightly toast the garlic until fragrant, then add the chicken thighs. Sear both sides until they’re golden brown.
- Pour in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and white vinegar, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Next, stir in the remaining spices and continue cooking until the chicken is fully done. Once cooked through, remove the pan from heat. - To make the raita, simply mix all the ingredients together. Serve the chicken over brown rice with a side of raita for a delicious and filling meal.
