Ingredients

  • 5 chicken thighs (skinless, boneless)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4-5 curry leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of lime juice
  • 8 skewers

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with all the listed ingredients for 10 minutes.
  3. Soak the skewers in water for 1 minute to prevent them from burning in the oven.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers and place them on a wire rack.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
