Ingredients

  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 2 shallots
  • 1/4 head of cauliflower
  • 2 large carrots
  • 5-6 green chilis
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp mustard powder

Directions

  1. Roughly chop all the veggies.
  2. Combine them with the remaining ingredients in a jar, seal, and refrigerate overnight. Serve with rice or roti!
