Easy Sri Lankan Vegetable Pickle | Achcharu
Ingredients
- 1/2 Red onion
- 2 shallots
- 1/4 head of cauliflower
- 2 large carrots
- 5-6 green chilis
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup of white vinegar
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp mustard powder
Directions
- Roughly chop all the veggies.
- Combine them with the remaining ingredients in a jar, seal, and refrigerate overnight. Serve with rice or roti!
