Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- ¼ red onion
- ½ cup of pineapple
- ¼ tomato
- ½ cup lettuce
- 1 red chilli
- 1 green chill
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel and chop all the ingredients.
- Toss them in coconut milk, add the remaining seasonings, and mix well. It’s ready to serve alongside your favourite rice and curry!
