BOLD & citrusy COCKTAIL
The Sri Lankan Coco Moratuwa cocktail is a tropical delight that’s a total game-changer! Named after the coastal region of Moratuwa in Sri Lanka, it combines all the exotic flavors of this stunning area. Picture yourself sipping on smooth rum with a splash of zesty lemon and a hint of sweet jaggery—it’s like a tropical vacation in a glass. Top it off with a shot of sparkling water for that perfect, bubbly kick, and you’ve got a drink that’s both super easy to make and totally unforgettable. Normally this is made with the iconic Sri Lankan Ceylon Arrack, however if you are unable to get your hands on it Leblon Cacacha makes for a great substitute!
This drink is ideal for beachside chilling or adding some zing to your summer parties, the Coco Moratuwa brings a taste of paradise right to your glass.
I personally love to make this for those endless summer nights to sip on while the sun sets. It’s a bold cocktail that definitely goes down easy, packed with lots of citrus flavor balanced by a perfect level of sweetness from the jaggery and honey combo. Trust me, one sip and you’ll be hooked! Cheers to the good vibes and endless summer fun!
