Crispy Chilli Potato Wedges

Crispy Chili Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes (peeled and cut into wedges)
  • 1.5 tbsp salt (half for boiling potatoes and other half for spice blend)
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp graham masala
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. After peeling and cutting potatoes into wedges, bring them to a boil in a well salted pot.
  2. Once they are cooked almost all the way through, remove from heat and drain the water. Set aside
  3. Heat coconut oil in a oven safe dish in the oven at 425°F for about 5 mins.
  4. In a bowl combine all the spices and then toss it into the heated coconut oil dish, followed by the drained wedges. Make sure everything is well coated.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20mins or until the wedges are golden brown.
  6. Top with your favourite curries and white sauce!
