Arrack Sour Cocktail
Description
A festive Sri Lankan Arrack Sour sweetened with kithul treacle. A tropical, holiday-ready twist on the classic whiskey sour.

- In your cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients (only use the egg white) and shake well!
- Then add ice to the shaker and shake again. Pour into glass and garnish with orange slice and star anise.
