Sri Lankan Beef Roti

Spicy comfort food

Let’s talk about one of my all-time favourites: Sri Lankan beef roti! This iconic short eat is pure decadence—crispy, golden roti wrapped around a spicy, juicy beef and potato filling that’s seriously irresistible. Honestly, it’s so packed with flavour that it can easily double as a full meal (don’t worry, I won’t judge if you eat it for lunch, dinner, and snack time). The best part? Every bite hits that perfect balance of soft, crispy, and spicy-savoury goodness. If you’ve never had one, get ready to fall in love—this is a must-make for anyone who loves Sri Lankan flavours or just really, really good comfort food.
