Lankan Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
- 5 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (cubed)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt
- 1” knob of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 green chili
- 1 habanero pepper
- Raita sauce
- Wrap toppings
Directions
- Marinate chicken with all the spices and greek yoghurt for 30mins.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium high heat and toast garlic, green chili and habanero pepper.
- Add in marinated chicken and cook until edges are slight brown.
