30 min Sri Lankan Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 5 chicken thighs (skinless, boneless)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4-5 curry leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp of lime juice
- 8 skewers
Directions
- Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with all the listed ingredients for 10 minutes.
- Soak the skewers in water for 1 minute to prevent them from burning in the oven.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers and place them on a wire rack.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
