This recipe plays on the traditional components of a martini using vodka as a base and introducing plenty of sweetness with fresh lychees and lychee syrup. And ofcourse we have our island twist by adding some coconut cream!

Lychee Martini
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz sparkling water
- 2 lychees
- ½ oz lychee syrup
- ½ oz coconut cream
Directions
- Muddle lychees and toss in a shaker along with the remaining ingredients and plenty of ice.
- Shake well and strain into martini glass. Garnish with fresh lychee and serve!
