Ingredients
- Carrot Filling:
- 1 cup of boil carrot
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Spinach filling:
- 1 cup of steamed spinach
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp of salt
- Beet filling:
- 1 cup of boiled beets
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of tumeric
- 1 tsp of salt
Directions
- Prepare each filling by blending all the ingredients until you achieve a thick, spreadable consistency.
- Spread each filling evenly onto a slice of white bread, stacking them on top of one another, and finish with a final slice to close the sandwich.
- Trim the crusts for a neat finish, then cut the sandwich into two perfect squares.
