15 min White Bean Kale Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups of chopped kale
- 1 cup of parsley
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup of cabbage
- 1/2 cup low fat mayo
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Squeeze for lemon
